Mindfulness Makes me Down-To-Earth and makes me Aware of what is around me and how my surroundings act and change with each interaction.
It allows me to see other sides of an argument that could change my life forever, or getting a job. Stopping and Breathing for a minute helps…

Mindfulness helps me focus on my thoughts. I have so many thoughts in a day and have so many ideas. Making it really hard to focus on what i need to focus on. Like if i have bunch of assignment due, i usually just get stressed on how much i have to do and end up not doing anything. But mindfulness helps me center myself and focus on what needs to get done, helps me get myself organized. Mindfulness also helps the people arounds me, like my mom. When we get in argument we don’t just yell at each other, we both take a break and then come back with clear thoughts and emotions. Making it a lot easier to talk to her and easier for her to talk to me. We are able to express how we both think and feel calmly.

When I take a mindfulness break I am able to recognize exactly how I feel and why I’m feeling that way. I also take into the feelings of others into account when I make a decision. I’m far more keen on the consequences of my choices and my future actions.

Mindfulness affects the way I think about myself and others because the way I think of myself I don’t think of myself better or smarter than everyone else and I put myself equal even with everyone else. It gives me a chance to find some balance and perspective.

Mindfulness lets you think about all the good and bad about yourself and others thus letting you make better choices. In stressful situations you use mindfulness to get a look at everything and take it in slower and easier. Mindfulness can get you better and healthier friends and let you make good decisions. Be mindful!

  6. Ayana says:

Mindfulness helps me relax and focus on my thoughts, and my breathing and how many breathes I take. Sometimes it makes me tired too.
It also helps me calm down and focus on other peoples feelings and what I could do to fix it.

  7. Mattea says:

Mattea- Mindfulness reminds me to breathe, when often times I forget to. It’s something that happens naturally, yet when do we really take time to focus on our breathing? Mindfulness makes me more aware of my surroundings; the people I associate with, how I take care of myself, and how I treat people around me. It gives me the drive to better myself for me, and look at how I handle everyday situations in my life. Mindfulness gives me the patience and ability to help others with their problems and struggles in live, and to have more of an insight on how I can make a difference.
